WARRANTY details

Virtually all equipment supplied by Loadtake carries a 12 months FULL PARTS & LABOUR WARRANTY unless specifically mentioned otherwise. This is the BEST warranty available in the business and has the same 'next day at worst' response time as our maintenance contracts.

The warranty covers :-

        all parts (except consumables such as cutting blades, suckers, water brushes, fold rollers and vacuum drums)

        all labour                                                                                                              

        all engineer travel

It does not cover

        operator setup problems

         problems caused by operator negligence and failure to observe operating instructions

        deliberate damage to equipment
